Scarlett Johansson has revealed she has no problems with a porn shop that is using her image in one of their adverts.
The 27-year-old made light of the revelation after US gossip website TMZ revealed the ad campaign by the store on the US-Mexican border – which featured a sultry photo of the actress alongside product information in Spanish.
‘I applaud TMZ’s, once again, award-winning investigative journalism for securing the knowledge of my legions of Mexican fans,’ Scarlett joked upon hearing the news.
However the manager of the shop appeared to have no knowledge of the Oscar-nominated star, saying ‘I don’t know who Scarlett Johansson is,’ when questioned by the website.
He added that her inclusion in the advertising materials was actually unintentional.
‘The owner ordered cards from a company and said we need something with a girl on the card and the company did it,’ he explained.
Scarlett, meanwhile, is set to return to screens later this month as ‘Black Widow’ Natasha Romanoff in the Marvel adaptation Avengers Assemble.
