Ben Stiller and Scarlett Johansson are this year’s recipients of the annual Hasty Pudding awards, given by a US student drama group at Harvard University.
The awards are given to performers who have made a “lasting and impressive contribution to the world of entertainment” by Hasty Pudding Theatricals, the USA’s oldest undergraduate drama troupe.
Scarlett, 22, star of recent big screen hits The Black Dahlia and The Prestige, will lead a parade through Cambridge, Massachusetts, on February 15, then attend a roast in her honour and receive the “Pudding Pot”.
The ceremony for Ben, 41, whose movie Night At The Museum topped recent box office charts, is on February 23.
Last year’s honourees as named by the historic group of thesps were former Bond girl and Oscar winner Halle Berry and Pretty Woman heartthrob Richard Gere.
