She’s considered one of the sexiest women in showbiz, but Scarlett Johansson seems unsure about her sex appeal, and even less so about the pressures of fame.
The 22-year-old, star of new release The Nanny Diaries, is modest about her attributes, the Mirror reports.
“It’s nice to be considered sexy as a young woman in my prime,” she said. “But then I know what I look like every day, without make-up on, without clothing on.”
Scarlett, who started acting as a child, and achieved mainstream recognition in Sofia Coppola’s Lost in Translation, admits she still struggles to cope with being a familiar face to millions.
“It’s weird to be a recognisable face,” she confessed. “I find it can bring out the worst in humanity. You’ll be having an intimate dinner with a friend and there’s somebody on the table behind with a camera phone pointing at your face.
“I would never take a photo of someone without asking.”
