It looks like newly engaged Scarlett Johansson can cross finding a wedding dress off her bride-to-be list.
Stella McCartney has revealed she would love to create a bridal gown for the Lost In Translation star.
“I’m definitely doing her wedding dress. She doesn’t know it yet,” the British designer told People.com at a cocktail party she hosted at her West Hollywood boutique, where she arrived with Charlize Theron and director husband Stuart Townsend.
Stella, who created Madonna’s gown for her 2000 wedding to director Guy Ritchie, joked that she already has an idea in mind for the 23-year-old.
“You know, some kind of dodgy, black thing. Latex! Latex for Scarlett!” she quipped, laughing.
But on a more serious note, she added: “I’m so thrilled for her.”
Scarlett announced her engagement to Ryan Reynolds earlier this week, after dating the actor for over a year, and flashed her new diamond sparkler on the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala.
