Scarlett Johansson is rumoured to joining the cast of superhero blockbuster Iron Man 2.
The Vicky Cristina Barcelona star is in talks to play Russian spy Natasha Romanoff, also known as The Black Widow, in the sequel.
Emily Blunt was previously linked to the role but may be unable to star due to scheduling conflicts with Gulliver’s Travels, reports Entertainment Weekly.
Sources told the showbiz website that Johansson is interested in the role and has met with Iron Man director Jon Favreau and producers from Marvel.
