Hillary Clinton could have a pretty young challenger in the political arena if Scarlett Johansson’s off-screen ambitions take off.
The 28-year-old sexy screen siren purred: ‘Do I imagine myself having a full-on political career? That seems like a stretch. But who knows? I don’t limit the possibilities. If I have more time, I may be able to lend a bigger voice to politics. I never close the door on those kinds of things.’
The Lost In Translation star says these days she tries to fly under the radar after a high-profile divorce from Ryan Reynolds in 2011.
She also suffered the embarrassment of a topless picture stolen from her mobile being floated on the web.
She told Harper’s Bazaar magazine: ‘Luckily, I’m relatively uninteresting. I’ve always tried, as much as possible, to keep the prying eye at arm’s length, which doesn’t always work in my favour – but I think if you establish that early on, you remain relatively unscathed. As I get older, I realize what an incredible waste of time it is to scurry around like some kind of urchin. I want to enjoy things, like just walking around my city.’
